Materials include 304, 316, 316L, CF8 and CF8M stainless steel. Complex flow bodies can be investment cast, followed by CNC machining of sealing faces, threads, grooves and mounting interfaces. Passivation, polishing, blasting and controlled cleaning are available by specification.
Inspection can include material verification, CMM dimensional reports, surface examination, pressure testing and leakage testing. Coolant compatibility, cleanliness and packaging requirements should be stated in the purchase specification.
